Every package includes 5x rounds of revisions for the Concept Plan and 2x rounds of revisions to the Construction Drawings to ensure the final documentation perfectly aligns with your site requirements. In addition, we include unlimited revisions requested by your certifier. Additional design change revisions are charged to cover our time and we will notify you of this prior.

Typically, yes. Like all businesses though our team are human and entitled to holidays & sick leave. Our business management system is set up so all project information is carried through regardless of the designer.

To assist your cashflow we offer a part payment plan. 50% deposit is required to get started on the Concept Plan, then the remaining 50% is due on commencement of the Construction Drawing Pack or 30 days from deposit payment (whichever occurs sooner). We do not offer Concept Plans only at this stage.

Ideally a .dwg format or .pdf file of the base building (often provided by the landlord), a video walkthrough explaining the scope or sketch mark-up. Site photos and check measurements are also handy. Everything is listed in the Questionnaire so you won't forget.

Yes, the concept presentation is provided as a quick download pdf or Canva template. Use the Canva template to easily swap out concept images, add your logo and more in less than 10 minutes. Check out the video tutorial on the 'Free Sales Toolkit' Download page for more info.

The 'Concept Presentation' is a multiple page presentation containing inspirational imagery, mood board, finishes palette, your client's project brief and your business information. It is to communicate the 'look & feel' only of the potential project and help sell the idea to your client without costing anything. It is a free resource because it is a pre-prepared template based on popular interior design trends.

The 'Concept Plan' is included in the paid drawing package and is a floorplan prepared by our design team custom to your site. We use your specific building, dimensions and project brief to prepare the coloured 'Concept Plan' as Stage 1 of the process, so your client can review and make up to 5x rounds of revisions before we commence the Construction Drawings (2x rounds of revisions).

In our experience, a client prepared to pay for design is an indication that they value your service. It is also a good indicator that they are prepared to pay for the greater cost of the project; the build. However in the fitout industry it is also common to provide the Concept Plan at no charge to the client.

Consider if you would like to charge your client design fees up front, at cost, with an added margin or absorb them in your build costs. We provide all of our documentation white labelled with your logo so you can charge what suits your business best.

Yes. Canva is free and all of our Concept Presentations are free to use and edit in your Canva login indefinitely. Canva has some premium features which require a paid subscription. Some premium features include the Background remover tool which may appear on the finishes palette in the templates, one-click resize and access to Canva's full stock library.

Yes this is available at no charge, just get in touch to request. We do not send this file currently as standard. The .dwg file is so they can import the drawings into their preferred CAD software.

You do. Upon checkout the IP for the site-specific drawings belongs entirely to your business. We remain your silent partner. We do however love to showcase great work online throughout our website & social media but we'll make sure there's no identifying features such as addresses or logos. If you would rather we didn't, just let us know.

We're hard at work preparing sample post boxes for our designs in the future but for now you'll need to reach out to the specified suppliers, they'll be happy to help by providing samples quickly at no charge.

Whilst we are well acquainted with the Australian Building Code, different sites have different challenges and legislation varies by state. In our experience we also find that certifiers vary in the level of detail they require to grant approval. By ensuring you get certifier approval without design variation costs, that's one less thing you need to worry about.

Yes, all FFE schedules are provided as an excel file which you can easily edit and substitute with alternative products and suppliers. We've also included a database of suppliers to assist. Be mindful of size when substituting items, for example if a much larger armchair or pendant light will be appropriate for the space. We also provide dimensions on the furniture plan to assist you and your furniture contractor.

Most landlords will have scale plans on file. We occasionally come across older buildings and landlords that don't. In that case, just provide a sketch with overall dimensions and we'll get in touch if we need anything else.

Just walk through the space. Point your camera at services, entry points, and structural constraints while talking us through the client's needs. Our designers use this to understand the "real-world" site conditions that 2D plans often miss.

To enable us to design quickly and cost effectively, our business model is best suited to commercial fitout and refurbishment projects such as offices, inter-tenancy works, lobbies, medical practices, open plan warehouses and bulky retail premises. We don't design new builds, external, structural, extensions, residential premises or highly detailed and site oriented projects such as bars, cafes, restaurants and smaller retail fitouts.
